Project Row Houses
Role: Exhibitor, Moderator
'Round 58: Freesomeone' at Project Row Houses highlights the legacy of graffiti in Houston, a play on Houston's iconic 'Besomeone' tag on I-45, this is the first ever graffiti exhibition at PRH. Iris Karami served as an exhibitor, show casing her documentary works on graffiti, and serving as a moderator to the artist panel discussion. This was the biggest known opening day at Project Row Houses.


2024 Buffalo Bayou Mural Festival
Role: 2024 Co-founder, Project Manager
A 3-day, international festival that made its debut in Houston's historic 2nd Ward, with 30 local and international muralist from countries like Ukraine, Australia, and France. Iris also hosted a panel discussion with local, full-time artist that share expert knowledge on making a living as an artist.
We welcomed nearly 2,000 people to our festival events, and over 20 different local vendors.
